the detail makes the project unique
We have developed a project idea for a property currently for sale in its raw state, aiming to provide an idea of the spaces, create an impression, and demonstrate how, with attention to detail, even a studio apartment can become a real gem.
The apartment's primary light source is only on the front, so we designed a full-height sliding glass door with a black iron frame that will provide access to the bedroom. The bedroom will remain private as we plan to create a niche next to the door, where the bed will be positioned, and behind which a spacious wardrobe will be recessed. We will also conceal a sliding door that separates the bathroom from the anteroom.
This slim and practical solution allows for effective use of the space.
We played with colors, which give character to the light wood-effect floors that further brighten the apartment. Tobacco, brick, and powdered sugar tones frame the space.
The small but comfortable bathroom becomes a sought-after feature due to the use of large-format wallpaper, a major trend lately for its patterns and colors, which, with today's advanced technologies, can be well-utilized even in this room.
We love to design and make your spaces unique because home is a treat, and everyone enjoys pampering themselves!
