The luxury real estate market in Italy continues to grow, and the latest ranking of the country's most expensive streets for buying a home is a testament to this trend. At the top of the list is via Luigi Raffaelli in Forte dei Marmi, where the average property price exceeds 6 million euros. This street is located in the prestigious Roma Imperiale area, renowned for its luxury villas, many of which feature private pools and are just steps away from elegant beaches.

Forte dei Marmi not only leads the rankings but also holds other key positions. Via Francesco Donati ranks third, with an average price of around 3 million euros. However, the charm of Lake Como is also strong, with via Vittorio Veneto in Cernobbio taking second place, boasting an average property price of over 3.2 million euros, confirming the international appeal of this location.

The ranking doesn’t stop there. Other exclusive locations like Venice, Milan, Rome, and Florence also make the list, with Piazza Duomo in Florence standing out, with an average price of just over 2 million euros. Other streets include via XXV Aprile in Sirmione and via Piave in Forte dei Marmi, rounding out the top ten with an average of 1.8 million euros.

These figures highlight the ongoing allure of these prestigious locations, known for their breathtaking landscapes as well as the historical and cultural value of their properties.
